- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Annoyed that I have to give one star as they don't deserve it. Without medication for two weeks because of "a mix up" - no other explanation given. Was down for home delivery but it sat on a shelf for two weeks, which was apparently my fault as I should have chased it up - not always easy to do when you're ill. Anyway, I'll make it easy - won't ever be going there again - very poor service, very poor customer service, and ignorant staff who blame customers for their mistakes.by Paul MayesJuly 11, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I changed to this pharmacy from a Supermarket one for my daughters and my diabetic supplies.(Thinking it would be good to support a small independent) Unfortunately the service has been nowhere near as good, rather than collecting prescriptions the next day it was taking them 5 days and would have been even longer had I not chased them up, then I would need to go back a day later to collect remainder of missing items. Also had to wait while they were bagged up and prepared every time, they never ready to just collect. It's a shame but I've transferred back to the supermarket one who are supplying the usual fast and efficient service.by GavinApril 16, 2017
